Why Door County?

Clare has been going to Door County almost every summer for as long as she can remember. It holds a special place in her and her family's hearts. Clare's Grandmother, Jeanne, owns a house in Jacksonport that has been in the family for more than 100 years!

When Aaron and Clare started to date, Clare made sure to introduce Aaron to Door County. As a true Wisconsin graduate, Aaron grew to love the area as much as Clare.  So when he knew that he wanted to marry her, the obvious location to propose was on the beach in Jacksonport. Of course, she said yes!

We hope that you will enjoy Door County as much as we do (maybe you already do!).
